What do I need to let you have access to at an appointment?
It is always helpful if you can have to hand as much relevant information as you can when we talk to you, depending on the issues we are helping with.
For Benefits advice, we may need to have access to the following:
- Your current award letter
- Any supporting information
- National insurance numbers
For Debt issues, we may need to have access to the following:
Details of your income such as:
- Recent pay slips
- Your bank statement
- Details of other income i.e. pensions etc
Details of your outgoings such as:
- House keeping
- Mortgage/ rent
- Fuel Costs
- Phone
- Council Tax
- Insurance
(or whatever information you have available)
List of Creditors (Who you owe money to)
- Last statement from each creditor
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information on your first appointment, we can do this in stages!
