It is always helpful if you can bring as much relevant information as you can with you to your first booked appointment, depending on the issues we are helping with.
For Benefits advice, Please bring along:
- Your current award letter
- Any supporting information
- National insurance numbers
For Debt issues, please bring along:
- Recent pay slips
- Your bank statement
- Details of other income i.e. pensions etc
Details of your outgoings such as:
- House keeping
- Mortgage/ rent
- Fuel Costs
- Council Tax
- Last statement from each creditor
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information on your first appointment!
